depicting the Moscow Bogoliubskaya Mother of God standing on the left, with an opened scroll in her hand, and a gathering of saints standing and kneeling to her in veneration on the right, including the Prince Martyrs Boris and Gleb, the Holy Fool Vasily, Alexey, Man of God, and others, overseen by Christ inthe upper right hand corner. Egg tempera, gesso, and gold leaf on wood panel with kovcheg. Two insert splints on the back. 31.2 x 27 cm (12 1/4 x 10 5/8 in.)
